Built-In Fireplaces
Thermo Fires is a proudly South African family-business with more than 20 years experience in the design and manufacturing of Braais and Fireplaces. A Thermo fireplace will add to the value of your home and the ambiance of your room, while making your home cosy enough to curl up with a magazine or a glass of wine.
A feature of all Thermo fireplaces are that all wood-burning grate baskets has a loose replaceable grid. This makes replacement cheaper, when it becomes neccessary.
By adding a glass door/s, you can turn your fireplace into a slow-combustion unit, making it burn more efficiently while using less wood and radiating more heat into your room. These units also have built-in convection channels, giving you the extra heat of the 2-way heating system - radiation and convection. Units larger than 850mm comes standard with double-doors, but you may opt for a single door.
Available in 2 ranges: Traditional and Contemporary. Both ranges are available in 8 standard sizes: 500, 600, 700, 850, 1050, 1200, 1500 and 1800mm wide. We can also custom make a unit to your requirements / to fit an existing brick fireplace.
At Thermo Fires, we take pride in our workmanship. That's why we stand behind every product with an exclusive 20-year warranty, offering you peace of mind and confidence in your investment.
